We schedule installations based on a first- come-first-served basis. Our turnaround time is 5-7 working days. Exceptional cases are subject to management approval.

What if I am not satisfied with your service and I want to cut it as soon as possible. Do I need to pay the remaining months?
A termination request will be accommodated at no additional cost if we are unable to meet the guaranteed service levels as stipulated in your application form.

What if I subscribe the speed of 50mbps, can I downgrade it afterwards?
